Dr. O.P Thakan is a Public Health expert with over three decades of experience in State medical Health and Family Welfare Department as well as five year at WHO working on the NPSP for Polio free India; during his tenure he served as RCHO,Dy.CMHO,CMHO,Joint Director and Additional Director,now Director at SIHFW.Maternal Health ,Child Health, Reproductive Health ,Family Planning, Public Health Nutrition, Policy Analysis and Documentation are some of the Public Health areas in which he has been trained.The lifetime health achievement award has bestowed upon him at the National level..

Dr. Sunita Thakan is currently posted at SIHFW as a senior faculty member.She holds both an MBBS and an MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is the state trainer and programme coordinator for several training programmes. She has over 20 years of experience in obstetrics and gynaecology. She is currently reviewing all maternal and family planning trainings at SIHFW.

Dr. Suman Choudhary presently working as a Faculty at SIHFW, She hold MBBS,DCH & DPH. She is State Level Trainer Cum Coordinator of various training programmes.Presently she is looking public health & Child health training at SIHFW.

Ms. Nishanka Chauhan is Senior Research Officer at SIHFW and holds an experience of 19 years in the field of public health. She has Masters Degree in Psychology from JNV University, Jodhpur and Post Graduate Diploma in Guidance and Counselling from NCERT and is NET qualified.

Dr. Ajapa A Chomal is Doctorate in Psychology along with PG degree in clinical Psychology , with MBA (HR) from Rajasthan University and PG Diploma in Guidance & Counseling. She has a few presentations and publication to her credit. She has 3 years of experience in teaching, counseling and Human Resources.

Mr. Vikas Kumar Bharadwaj holds a B.E.(IT) degree from Rajasthan University and MBA from MNIT, Jaipur. He is responsible for various training programs under VHSC, besides assisting in the regular activities in SIHFW and developing requisite IT support software for the Institute.

Akhilesh Kr. Chaturvedy presently working as SRO (Accounts) at SIHFW, He is AAO-I in government sector having M. Com (ABST) degree. He holds 27 Year Experience in Government Sector..

Dr- Rajni Singh Rajawat is appointed as Research Officer since November, 2010. She has more than 15 years of work experience in field of Public Health. She holds degree of PhD in Anthropology (2007-12) and Post graduate in Anthropology from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. She is State Level Trainer Cum Coordinator of various training programmes. Her key area of interest is training and research.

Mr. Hemant Kumar Yadav is Post Graduate in Clinical Psychology and M.Phil in Community Psychology from University of Rajasthan. He was awarded Research Fellowship from Sports Authority of India, New Delhi. Pursuing Post Graduate Diploma in Human Rights from Indian Institution of Human Rights, New Delhi and has recently cleared entrance test for Ph.D. from University of Rajasthan. He had worked as counseling coordinator in NGO.

Ms. Archana Saxena has done masters (M.Sc) in Extension and Communication from M.S. University of Baroda, Gujarat and is NET qualified. She has worked with RHSDP as a Consultant- IEC. Though her experience primarily includes development communication, she also has experience of working with various NGOs on many development issues such as road safety, panchayati raj and health awareness.

Mr. Ejaz Khan is appointed as Training Assistant (November 2010 to October 2011) & promoted to Research Officer since November, 2011. He has more than 10 years of work experience in field of Public Health. He holds the degree of Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human resources from Manav Bharti University, Solan, Himachal Pradesh & Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human resources and Marketing from Regional Institute of Management, Jhajjar, Haryana. He is State Assessor for National Effective Vaccine Management (EVM) Assessment, State Level Trainer Cum Coordinator of various training programmes & responsible for Immunization, UNICEF activities, and his key area of interest is Public Health Research, Monitoring & Evaluation.

Mr.Anil Kumar Sharma is a Graduate in Commerce from Rajasthan University. He has done M.B.A Finance specialization from IBMR-IBS Bangalore & computer Diploma of RSC-CIT with RKCL from Vardhaman Mahaveer University and looking after Account Section of SIHFW.

Vinay Khandelwal is Graduate in Commerce from Rajasthan University. He has done computer diploma of RSC-CIT with RKCL from Vardhaman Mahaveer University and looking after Account section of SIHFW. He Has 10 Years of experience of accounts handling..

Ms.Reena Miglani, Post Graduate in Sociology from university of Rajasthan . She has also done Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from Sikkim Manipal University. She is proficient in English and Hindi typing and looking after Establishment related work of SIHFW.

Mr. Sunil Joshi, Post Graduate in M.Sc. (Computer Science) from M.C.R.P. University, Bhopal and M.S.W. from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota. He has also done Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer and he has also passed Stenography (English) and Typing Examination from Industrial Training Institute (NCVT), Ajmer. He has more then 9 year experience in Medical & Health department GoR, He is proficient in English & Hindi typing and responsible for all receipts at SIHFW and also work as a Personal Assistant to Director SIHFW.

Mr. Gajendra Singh managing and maintaining Hostel of SIHFW. Earlier to joining SIHFW he was working with Hotel Country Inn and Suites.

Mr. Shahid Rajasthani is a Post Graduate in music from Rajasthan University and he is responsible for management of SIHFW hostel, premises and smooth running of all events at SIHFW.

Mr. Syoji Ram Yogi holds a Post Graduate in Public Administration, Sociology and Graduate in B.Sc(Biology) from university of Rajasthan . He has also done Computer Diploma of RS-CIT with RKCL from Vardhaman Mahaveer University, Kota. He is proficient in English and Hindi typing. He has additional charge of SIHFW library & looking after Computer related and office work for Director SIHFW.

Mr. Anoop Nama, Post Graduate in Computer Science from University of Kota. He has Total 12 Years Experience in various fields like Educational Institutes, Zila Parishad, Kota and Namotech Consultancy, Jaipur. He is proficient in English and Hindi Typing.He has also passed Stenography and Typing Examination from Board of Secondary Education Ajmer. He has good command over Ms-Package and Internet Tools. He is responsible for TMIS Entry, Hostel Entry, Typing work of all SRO/RO/Consultants of SIHFW. .

Dr. Richa Chaturvedy is a Medical Graduate (2002) from N K P Salve Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur (MH) with specialization in Hospital and Health Management from IIHMR, Jaipur. She is also undergoing Certificate course in Health Promotion from NIHFW and Certificate course in Evidence based Diabetes Management from PHFI.She is looking after Maternal Health component under RCH.

Mr. Aseem Mohd. Malawat is M.B.A (Marketing and Human resource) from ICFAI. He is also Post Graduate in Financial Management and Economics from Rajasthan University. He is a National Level Handball player and also holds a certificate course in Spanish Language. He holds experience in management in the private sector as Territory Manager, Event Manager and Manager Marketing and HR besides freelancing on financial and economic issues.

Dr- Neha Awasthi is appointed as Consultant Management (RCH) since February, 2014. She has more than 10 years of work experience in field of Public Health. She has worked as Health Manager (2010 2014) with additional charge of DPM, Jodhpur. She holds degree of PhD in Public Health (2014-21) and Post graduate in Health & Hospital Management (2008-10) from IIHMR University, Jaipur. She has cleared NET, 2017 qualified for Assistant Professor, social medicine and community health. Her key area of interest is Public Health Research, Monitoring & Evaluation.

Mr. Mohit Dhonkeriya has master (M.Sc) in information Technology from Rajasthan University, Jaipur and O Level from DOEACC Society, New Delhi and also done B.Com from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. He is responsible for update and maintains the website of SIHFW, Compile Training Data and assisting regular activities in SIHFW and developing requisite IT support tools for the institute.

Ms. Lovely Acharya is BBA graduate from Jodhpur University and Postgraduate in MBA (Finance).She is presently working as Technical Assistant - Finance (RCH) looking after the account section of SIHFW since 2010.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Patel holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management from BIMS, Pune and has done G.N.M. course from M.V.J. institute in Bangalore. He has also done M.A. sociology from Rajasthan University and recently cleared entrance test for Ph.D. program from Pacific University, Udaipur. He was a Block Coordinator with Marie Stopes India for approximately four years besides working as Staff Nurse and Hospital Manager in Private sector hospital.

Ms. Babita Kumari is a Post Graduate in Political Science from University of Rajasthan and also B.Ed. from SNDT Women s University, Mumbai. She has done PGDCA from Jaipur National University. Computer Course through RS-CIT from Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota and she is proficient in stenography and English and Hindi typing.
